The research staff of the International Research Network “IP in Agriculture” is formed by those researchers from the institutional partners of the Network committed to cooperate within its framework. According to clause four of the Framework Convention, the appointment of staff researchers is a responsibility of each institutional partner according to the rules and principles of the Convention. According to clause thirteen of the Convention, the appointment of staff researchers may be supervised by the Commission, which is also responsible of the coordination and supervision of the activity developed by staff researchers within the scope of the Network and for the Network.
